California Proposition 65
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has added the below listed chemical to the list of chemicals known to the state to reproductive toxicity (developmental endpoint) for the purposes of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
ACGIH
The Threshold Limit Value-Time-Weighted Average (TLV-TWA) and the Threshold Limit Value-Short-Term Exposure Limit (TLV-STEL) of the following chemicals have been updated according to 2015 ACGIH publication.
EPA Clean Water Act
The U.S.EPA identified 110 toxic organic chemicals to be used to calculate the total toxic organics (TTO) parameter as per the Clean water act. The list has been uploaded under the TTO_Total_Toxic_Organics_EPA regulation in our Master Chemical List.
